Bad dreaming..

I think it is good to think of jesus or some other thought or being when one is afraid. I do not get afraid too often but I always think of a higher being when I can. Cheers!!

I agree with nanaangel, what we dream about is our subconscious telling us something. Dreams could be God's way of letting us know how we're doing, since we can't hear him talk out loud. I had a dream of my purse being stolen. Then I quickly found it in a huge fire. I was able to recover it, but my wallet was partially burned. I was going through a rough time of making changes, in myself and my situation. A wallet usually carries our identifications, re: driver's license, credit cards, bank cards and etc. The dream told me to let go of the old and make the changes. I have and things are good. I also saw an angel, in a dream. She said I would be alright.(another tough time) Seeing her calmed me down and she was right, everything did get better. I had a friend tell me she had a dream, as a child, of being able to fly. She flew anywhere and everywhere. I asked her if she had any freedom as a child. She said no. Her father was extremely strict and dictated her every move. So that was symbolic of her wanting freedom. I believe we have to analyze our dreams and figure out how they relate to our present lives. Sometimes it's hard to interpret, but there are numerous sites that will give a general dream meaning. I search several of them to see if the meanings are consistent and how they apply to me. I know some of the sites are way out there, but there are some good ones.

Hi there first! I think that we shouldn't believe in our dreams. Some says that it tells us something or it is the way of our subconscious mind to express how we felt or thought about something that happened to us, our fears, or our hopes. I believe that you can choose to try to interpret it although no one can be really sure about dream interpretations or you can just brush it off. But I don't think that there's any reason to be scared. Always remember to pray before you sleep. Also, try to pray even in your dreams when you're having nightmares. It works all the time.
