Hi the best way to pull traffic is search engine's natural traffic so you have to write good article with popular keyword then you have to write about your blog in other sites such as other blogging and forum sites so that people will visit your site.

Publish quality comments on other blogs. Update your blog atleast twice a week. Promote your blog on social networking sits such as Orkut, Facebook and Myspace. Join communities meant for bloggers..remain active there. I know this is a lot of work but once you start getting a lot of visitors to your site, you just have to keep up the quality of your blog and worry about nothing else.
