Those maddening facial twitches!

My eyelids have been twitching for two months now! The twitches move around my face and are sometimes in my eyebrows, lips, and cheeks. I've had twitchy eyelids before but this is completely different, and it gets worse when I lay down! What is the longest time you've endured eyelid twitches? What helped yours go away?
