I always prefer half boiled eggs raw.Some people take raw eggs and says that eggs can be safely incorporated into your healthy diet.Some precaution we have to take while taking raw eggs. First, raw eggs should always be stored properly. This means that they should never be left out of the refrigerator for more than two hours and they should be placed in the coldest part of a refrigerator whose temperature is 40 degrees or just a bit below. Secondly, raw eggs should never be consumed if they have a foul odor or if the shell has been accidentally cracked. Thirdly, eating raw eggs does have some healthy advantages. They are one of the few foods that contain vitamin D and the digestion of a raw egg can boost your immune system.But,some people always advice not to take egg in its raw form.Is there any danger in consuming raw eggs.

Oh! I just ate one and wondered if I'm weird so I searched if there are topics here about eating raw eggs. I'm not weird. There are still others like me. I learned this from my parents. I wanted to cook but I'm already sooo sleepy. I have some eggs here so I ate 1.

i don't like the smell of raw eggs and they would feel slimy on the mouth and throat. but most importantly, raw eggs could have salmonella i'd rather not take my chances on that.

Hi sreejithsreenivas! I have seen a lot of people in the gym who are eating raw eggs. However, they just eat the yolk and not the egg white. It is only now in this discussion of yours that I got curious why. So I searched the net and this is what I found out:
Not the Egg-white and Not the ‘Bag’
Don't consume raw egg white. Egg white is comparable to the womb, ovaries and oviduct, containing the same substances as are produced in the human oviduct (which is enhanced by progesterone (avidine), respectively estrogen (ovomucoid));
Avidine in raw egg-white de-activates vitamin B8 (biotine). Ovomucoid in raw egg-white inhibits trypsin, an enzyme that decomposes absorbed nutrients. Also do not consume the 'bag' containing the yolk and the string attached to it; hold the whole yolk in your fingers, make a small cut, and drain the yolk.
Here is the link where I got it from:

Take care and have a great day!
