Music and Love-do they go hand in hand?

What kind of music makes you remember the first person you ever loved or is there a song now that describes best how you feel about the one you love?

I like this question. I have songs that remind me of certain men in my life, the one that will always make me think of my first real love is 'Sky Blue and Black' by Jackson Browne.
But theres another way i love the question do music and love go hand in hand, becuase at the moment I have feelings for a musician. A very good friend of mine is a local singer/songwriter and my unrequited feelings for him are definately ones of a deep love. So yes, i think they go hand in hand.
Whether its the musician themselves or the memories of a particular song, I think music and love will always partner us through life.

Music is such a powerful medium. It can enrage and then calm. It can feed the soul and fuel the imagination. It is a part of my every day life. And it is a joy to have. Thank you for your wonderful comments.

Whenever I heard any romantic song then I remember my first girlfriend. I like to search her words in the words of romantic songs.
