For me I just love to hear people form Britain and Australia speak in their gutteral voices (hope that is the best way to describe without causing offence) ," blood hell " Others think the french accent is quite "sexy".Some like American accent and there are those who cant get enough of the caribbean flavour.
What type of accent do you like and why ?

There are a few accents that I like, that I find attractive. I like the Irish, English, French, and Australian accents. I'm not sure what it is, but there's just something about those accents that I find very appealing and attractive.

When I was stationed in the middle east I spent a weekend in Beirut, Lebanon and we went to a small nightclub and there was a singer who sang a love song in French. I can still recall how sexy and nice it sounded. I would have to say I enjoyed that the most as far as languages go. Maybe I had too many drinks that everning, but I don't think so. The Brits do have a different twist with the English language and after all, that was the basis for the way we talk.

Hi ronnyb! Oh I do love hearing the British accent. I had it for awhile when I lived for a year in Britain but lost it now that I am back in my home country. lol.. I also love the other accents such as the Italians and French although i don't understand any word of they are saying. lol..
Take care and have a great day!

I love the British and French accent. I think it is romantic. Frankly, I speak the American accent but I am learning how to speak in British accent. Because of that I watch British films. I just love watching them again and again.

As I still have Scottish accent I have never had anyone say it was gutteral! I have had many people remark on my Scottish brogue which of course I cannot hear. Personally I love to listen to Antonio Banderas speak not only the Spanish accent but his tone of voice is for me very sexy.

I love, love British accents, All of them. It is so beautiful. The best british voice I ever heard was Richard Burton. He was Welsh. It was like listening to fine music hearing him speak. But everytime I think I have picked a favorite, another comes to mind. There is timothy Dalton and Ralph Fiennes too.I just can't choose.

I love the Irish accent, and I think French men speaking English is really sexy!
As for the British Accent, I'm afraid some of the Scots I know would be surprised to be called gutteral. The accent is very soft in the Edinburgh region and spoken quickly (I have trouble understanding it)lol

Country or Austrailian.
Its fun to listen to or try to figure out what they are saying..
My husbands mom has a Kentucky accent and she can't say like 100 words correctly.. Its fun to hear her try ;)

I also like the British and Australian accents, they would be my two favorites. I also like the Irish and Scottish accents. Also, some but definitely not all American accents appeal to me. I think the best in America would have to be the New Jersey and New York accents. Those just sound tough, and the Boston accent, is pretty cool too.
I wish my accent was something more exciting than a plain mid eastern/southern. Its so boring, luckily my bf is from New Jersey so I can kind of pick up on the way he speaks and it makes it better.

I like many different accents, but I think top of the list would be Scottish, although that varies - different parts of Scotland have different accents. Oh and Welsh is nice to listen to.
