hiya guys and girls just checking out mylit as am a newbie,
Tho am sure you all are really helpful, am hoping to buy a 911 996 in this economic downturn as hoping to get a good deal as its a buyers market at the moment.
Any idea's roughly what I should be paying for one and also for porsche owners the running costs etc etc
I live in the uk by the way.

What year are you looking for? They made them for about 10 years ending around 2000. I think they are just overpriced used cars. I've driven a Porsche and they are no different than any other sports car.

hiya I am looking for a 2000 ideally but would consider older ones depending of mileage
I have had a few sports cars including a supra (twin turbo jap import), mazda mps, BMW M3 52 reg, the beamer was the most recent
I now drive a megane coupe 07 reg, but far too slow compared to what I have had hence why I been looking at 911's the stereo typical sports car.
I agree tho at the over priced part but any car is over priced when it looses so much value the minute you buy it but you are buying the brand of porsche. Same as the new bmw 5 series great cars to drive but dont look the money from the out-side body shape.
