What are your pet "pet peeves"?

Honestly, I LOVE my two cats, but I absolutely CANNOT stand when they shed all over...EVERYTHING! My clothes, my bedding, the couch, everything. I do groom them (and try to brush them each day before school), but for some reason, they still shed. It drives me crazy. I literally CAN'T wear black because of all the cat hair that it attracts.
What about you? Do you have a similar pet peeve (about your pet)?

I have a dog. She has an allergy. We have spent $100s of dollars over the last 2 years trying to find out to what. She will rub her nose on the carpet until it bleeds. I'll take the cat hair over the blood any day. Having had a long haired cat though, I know what you mean. It does get on just about everything.

Hi Maezee! I love my cat very much too, but she does have a few quirks that get on my nerves!
First of all, she is a HUGE mooch! I go into the kitchen, and there she is in a flash! She puts her paws up on my leg and kind of digs her claws in, too, and I don't want to hurt her, but I have to get the claws out of my leg... Ouch!
Her other bad habit is that after all of her mooching for food, she wont even really eat hardly anything you give her! She pushes it around for a while, then meows for more food! Crazy cat!

LOL my cats actually do the same thing! Whenever I make myself food, they come running up and start being all loveable. It's cute, although once they realize I'm not eating something they'd like (like fish or tuna), they become uninterested. Cats are so funny. lol.
Thanks for responding!

They each have a way to get to me. The cats have shredded all the window screens, so summer will be a pain. If we get new screens, they'll just shred them too. Buggers.
My dog Snowball refuses to come when called. He thinks it's a game of keep away. I've had to follow him for over a mile, trying to coax him to me. (He will NEVER get off the leash again...)
Cuddles, my hubby's dog, can get out of any fence. He climbs, digs, goes through electric fence (He's so fuzzy, it can't shock him), opens latches, I think he used to be an escape artist in a previous incarnation!

I have the same peeve as you, though I have two dogs, not cats. My dogs are both black with short, short hair. They look like they wouldn't shed at all, but boy do they. I have tile floors and every morning and every afternoon I sweep up a dust pan full of short black hair. It also flies around everywhere, I have it on shelves, tables and chairs. I just don't know where it all comes from!

We have a Chipom; a cross between a Chihuahua and a pomeranian. She sheds everywhere, too. I am forever dusting and cleaning up furballs. I vacumn my tiled floors because a broom just spreads the happy furballs around. That is one pet peeve. Another is she is a licker. She licks anything and everything. Sometimes I just have to get her to stop because it gets on my nerves. I do not know why she licks so much, maybe because it is her nerves, but gee whiz, enough is enough.

I can't stand the hair all around - not because my stuff get dirty but because I'm allergic to it. I sneeze and my eyes water and turn red! The cat is actually my sister's which is why we have it in the house in the first place.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I have the same problem as you. My cat just sheds all over and it always loves to sleep on the couch or the bed. It is not healthy and it is highly annoying. My cat also is a thief lol, it drinks up all the milk or anything that it likes when we forget to put it back in the fridge. Mom hates that.
I had a dog before which used to hide shoes lol. That is the most frustrating thing ever, especially when you are in a hurry and can't find another shoe. Have a nice day!
