Has anyone sold their art on ebay?

A few of my friends have told me they were going to try it, But I've never heard anything about that since. I need to make some extra money So, I was thinking about selling my original artwork on eBay. Does this actually work??? Will people really buy your original artwork??

well i haven't really tried selling my "art" there, i just tried to sell something i designed. It's a Twilight Desk Calendar. I'm still looking if it will actually work for me there because i obviously cannot sell it in etsy since it isn't really hand made. Haha.

to be honest it looks like a lot of work for little money, if you scanned art into your computer and made prints it might make a lot more

I have known people to make a good living off of Ebay selling there original artwork. You could also try a site called Etsy. I have seen some really bad artwork sell for really high prices. So if you have something good I dont see any problem with you selling it on Ebay.
