Which do you think should have the final say in decisions - logic(brain) or emotions(heart)?

Logic should be predominate. A decision should be made after considering all the factors, both pro and con. But, it should be tempered by emotions. Mercy in criminal cases, happiness in relationships. That sort of thing.

If we think/look before we leap it would be logic. However, many of us have a tendency to take immediate steps without considering the consequences...i.e., we let our emotions over come us. However, when not under pressure I always use logic when I make decisions so has not to have regrets later.

well it depends on the individual concerned and the particular situations. I cannot say its the brain or the heart. But I beleive that both the brain and the pay their part in each particular situation. But then I beleive the heart(emotions) overides the brain sometimes.
