tomorrow is Friday 13th

If you don't mention it, I almost don't remember it's the black Friday today:) Of course I don't believe it at all. It is just another ordinary day. And I have to work and perhaps we will go out at night tonight. I love China

I may go out but before leaving say a prayer for safe travel. Although it's a usual practice praying in the morning for the family's blessing and the children safe travel in going to their jobs and going home safe, maybe it's alright too saying a prayer before going out on Friday the 13th. Anyway nothing will be lost if you're considering superstitious beliefs. Besides, I'm attending the mass of the Black Nazarene at Quiapo Church on Fridadys so I'll be going out of the house.

Ironically I actually find Friday 13th lucky for me! In the past I have won a few windfalls on this day so I don't sweat it, it's just another day, like February 14th LOL! I think people let superstition rule their lives, like ladders, birds etc... If you believe in it then it can take over. Life is too short, enjoy it without putting superstition in the way. And we have another Friday 13th to look forward to next month too! Wooohooo bring it on says Wolfie, there should be more in the year.

Here it is. I am in Australia and it has been Friday the 13th for almost 14 hours and all is still well. I don't usually worry about superstitions besides I come from Italy originally and did you know that over there the number 13 is considered very lucky? My mother wears a gold number 13 on a chain around her neck so it's up to you how you want to see it. Personally I like the good luck idea!

today is friday the 13th...and i wish everyone good luck....this is a day associated with bad luck or just anything negative..but i think we have to just fight it..any day could be a bad day..in australia they say that 13 is a lucky number...so it's not always bad luck for everyone...what i do is i pray..and i also light incense...just to clear the air...well..as they say there's nothing wrong with doing some simple rituals to drive away negative vibes..so in my case i light scented candles and incense and joss sticks...

I nearly forgot its a Friday the 13th tomorrow. I kind of like the day. I meet the girl I love on that day and still together ten years later. So for me I see it as a lucky day and one not to fear. I can't think of one bad thing that has ever happened to me on that day. Have a Happy Friday the 13th!

today is friday the 13th and there is nothing new or different or scary that happened to me today and i agree with you that it is a bunch of garbage. i went to work and carried on as normal.

I actually have never once had a bad friday the 13th and I have been on this earth a long time. It's just an old superstition.

Although I am aware of this superstition I do not take much notice of it since I moved to Italy. Here it is not the 13th that is considered unlucky if it is a Friday but the 17th. If I were at all supersticious I would not be out ever! All the Friday 13th and the Friday 17th in a year put together must make a heck of a lot

Hello Amanda, I am not at all superstitious, but I have a lot of fun with folks who are. Of course I will be going out tommorrow. Hopefully I will freak out a 13 freak. When I played Basketball, that was my Jersey number and it used to creep people out. They never wanted to guard me which was really helpful to my team.lol Shalom~Adoniah

Friday 13th! Wooo Hooo. I love Friday 13th. Anyone who says it's bad luck attracts the bad luck by their attitude. Some think Friday 13 unlucky, so their mind forces bad things to happen, or they see things that happen any other day as being the result of "bad luck day". I probably won't go out because there's no where I need to go and the wind is blowing 30 or 40 miles an hour. It has nothing to do with Friday 13th. I'm looking forward to accomplishing a lot today.

Hi ya amanda333 Sorry to be so late to respond but I guess better late than never eh? Friday being the 13th doesn't bother me in the slightest and we have another one coming up next month and that won't be a bad one either because it will be my mum's 60th birthday. It wasn't until I got home later after college today that I actually realised that it was Friday the 13th but that might explain why I still have no clue as to what mail merging is all about!!

I don't believe it. Never think of having a bad day or it will become like a suggestion.

HI amanda! I'm with you! I don't think anything of it! All the other days are usually unlucky for me so maybe this one will be lucky! I have things to do and errand to run so I will be out and about doing what I need to! I won't even be giving it another thought! Maybe it will be my lucky day!

I completely forgot about Friday 13th until i read your post.I live in India and its already Friday 13th and the time is 2.30pm .Nothing unusual has happened so far and i am also ignorant about the superstition attached to Friday 13th.For me it is just another day. Happy mylotting.

Unfortunately, I can't NOT leave the house tomorrow... I have to go to class (I'm sure my professor deliberately scheduled an exam on that date... lol). I think people think bad things will happen... but it's just another day. Maybe weird things will happen... but I really think it's just coincidental. Or is it......??? LOL! XOXO

I wish this day will be okay. =) We will go to a marketplace today named "quiapo" her ein the Philippines. It is known as the center of sale items, bargains etc. =)) I need to buy a couple keychain or photoframe for my couple! :))

I have heard that Friday 13th is one of the safest days to go out. I think it is because of most people believe in friday 13th superstition, they stay at home so that nothing happens to them. I have just thought about people in victoria, Australia. Friday the 13th may be safest day to leave their homes as fires approach their homes just to save their own lives. These fires have been the worst in many years of Australian history with many deaths. I personally don't believe in Friday 13th superstition. To me, it is only just another day.

Well people have to go out for work and nothing can stop them. Anyway i don't believe in Friday the 13th as to what people say that it is a bad day. We must pray before going out so that we are protected by God. Besides i think you will also agree to what i said that nobody is going to hold you down if you want to go shopping. So enjoy the rest of the day. Think of it that it is like an ordinary day for you.
