I really don't remember the last time I drank a full glass of milk, but I know it was when I was still a kid. I know milk is good for the health, but I just don't like its taste. Or maybe I was just thinking that milk is only for kids and not for grown ups. I drink chocolate with milk and coffee with milk. But, pure milk? Uh-ah. How about you? Still drinking milk?

Soy milk is wonderful! I used to love it when a Health food store was next door to where I worked. I'd get a jug of Soy Milk and some fat free cookies and go to town!

I think the last time I drank milk was when I had a piece of cake. It was someone in my family's birthday. And milk went well with that particular kind of cake, so I poured some and drank it. Otherwise, the only time I use milk is in cereal, or if I'm cooking with it. I like chocolate milk, but it just seems silly for me to buy it for myself in light of all the other things on my list that are more important.

Once in a blue moon I'll want a glass of milk. Mostly I get my calcium from eating yogurt, or other things with milk in them.

Hello, I am still drinking milk. I start my day off with 16 ounces of 1% milk every day. I don't feel well if I skip the milk in my diet.It has been something I have been doing for years. First thing on my grocery shopping list is 2 gallons of milk.I go thru a gallon all by myself every week, the rest is for roommates.

sometimes i will drink milk and i drink wihout sugar. then there will be no worry that we become overweight with milk. if we have fear of overweight, we can drink fatless milk, skimmed milk.
but milk is neccessary for 30 plus people because we need more calcium for our bones after 30 years. for it above 30 years people should drink milk daily once.

I enjoy almost all kinds of milk.. As far as if it is healthy for you or not, It depends on who you talk to. I think Milk is very healthy.. but those who argue against it used to post this link to me all the time http://www.notmilk.com
It's their campaign about how unhealthy milk is.

I don't drink milk. Milk is for baby animals, not adults. So I really don't have any need for it. I will drink soymilk if it's chocolate flavored and I'll use plain in cereal and cooking. But as far as cow's milk or other animal milk goes, nope, don't need it. It's not even good for you.

Yes, I regularly drink milk because it is very necessary to our health and bones especially as we aged. I choose milk with high in Calcium and bone minerals, I also choose high in folate and vitamin B-complex. Actually, I really don't like milk but because it is a necessity I have to endure its unconventional taste as a matter of fact.hehehe
