In traditional concept, the men's crying means weakness. In my mind, crying is not only the right of the female. Crying can make you feel better and it is very good for health. Everyone has the rights to be tired or weak for some time. If you feel sad or bad, you want to cry out, then just do it.

Yes, I do cry. It certainly helps when I'm feeling really sad. It's definitely good for one's help, whether we're talking for a man or a woman. If I need to cry, I try to keep it inside until I can be alone, as I don't really like to cry in public. I'm not ashamed of crying. it's just that, when I'm crying, it's a very private moment, and I don't always want to share things with certain people.

Hi! Its found that tears contain concentrate element manganese which is involved with moods. It is 30% more than that in the blood serum. So tears remove this chemical and make us feel lighter. Also it contains more ACTH (stress related hormone). So when we are depressed its better to cry than bottling up your feelings.

Hi!Thank you for the best response. But I would like to add something which I believe in in nonscientific words "There is a sacredness in tears. They are not a mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are messengers of overwhelming grief and unspeakable love."

Yes, I cry. It is healthy. I do prefer to cry alone, but am not afraid to cry with others or even in public, if I am so moved.
