We have the desire to succeed, but quite often are hindered by hesitations, complaints, frustrations, etc.
Of the following obstacles, which is your biggest obstacles?
- Anticipation of immediate success,
- Does not matter if I complain,
- Wait and see,
- A lot of good ideas, but no plan,
- Not aware of self advantages,
- Ambitious goal, but no executive targets,
- Nothing changes even if I try, etc.

I guess it's what i call as uncertainty avoidance. Yes it's one of Hofstede's culture. Sorry have been studying.
Anyway, i'm afraid to take risks. Hence most of my plans are just talk and no action. Because i'm afraid to fail. Quite dumb in my point of view.
Another is Procrastination. I tend to push things aside till later indefinitely. Not a positive trait in my point of view.

Hello there friend! In my opinion, one thing that hinders one to reach success is just plainly dreaming without proper planning and without strong will. In reaching success, I believe that it just doesn't end in desiring about it but it is more on motivating oneself to accomplish our established goal.

I sometimes get my goal without any effort, so when it comes to big things, i just let things go their own way and end up in a hopeless mess in the end.
I think im lazy, and there's no other reason for my failures. But i have been lucky many-a-times and even though i have been lazy, i have achieved a few things by putting in minimal efforts.
Happy mylotting.

Wait and see, maybe.Things are always easy to say but hard to do.We want to make a change, but most time we just think, after that we throws all these away. Then one or many reasons come out such as:its impossibile,i will do it later, may be its not so good and so so.We take us down by ourself.Whatever once you make a deciding just do it,if you dont try you will never know whether you can do it or not, whether its right or wrong.

I am not writing a paper. I have been working with young people, who are mostly eager to succeed, but find it difficult. Success is the goal, but the process should be what you enjoy, otherwise, bad mood will tear you down.
My wish is a goodwill reminder.

Awesome!! You know, I don't know if any of the children you are working with have ADHD or not, but I've found a book called ADD and Creativity: tapping your inner muse to help me out understanding children both with and without ADHD. Also StrengthsQuest seems to be a great book. Both are focusing on finding someone's strengths instead of their weaknesses, a popular view at this time it seems.
