Can I still get my money?I need to know...

I already send a message to ciao this morning when I've found out that my account had been deleted.. I hope that they will reply to me soon.. I had heard many times already that ciao is a scam but there are so many people also who gave some proof that ciao really pay.. I don't know which one of them were telling the truth.. I think the reason why you're account were frozen its maybe because only few people rate,read or view your reviews that's why your earnings don't improved very well.. The ciao had changed already their rules in payments.. they don't pay when you make a review of a particular product just like before.. You can earn through read, positive ratings, and when people view your reviews.. You can also earn through your referrals.. If you have so many referrals then you would really earn faster in ciao.. I'm so disappointed of what I had found out this morning.. Until now I'm still thinking what rules I had been violated.. I hope I will still get my earnings..

I heard that ciao does pay - but only to a few selected people. Most survey sites are known to be scams - they pay a few to keep their reputation. Maybe what you're saying is right, but i didn't have a good experience with them when i was with them. So im not going to go back. I've found sites like mylot and a few others that's honest and transparent and great to work with. Happy mylotting.

yes, it isn't really fair for me that I will lose my money without knowing anything.. Until now, ciao didn't response to my message.. I has send another message to them this morning and I'm still waiting for their response.. i hope they will send me their reasons of deleting my account.. Thanks gemmar!

I hope ciao is really telling the truth and they were not just making reasons.. Did they show you some proof?? ciao paid me 63 $ in 15 days, but 3 days ago I was with 30 dollars too, and they had blocked my account, it's my 4th account that hey block i am also very said and the reason they said is that: i made multiple account and I say: i didnt do that... but they want me to prove and i dont know how!!

Well, do you think if my referrals made some violation I will be part of their punishment?? Yes, I really hope that ciao will still paid me and besides I've earned that money last month.. I really hope so that they will still pay me.. I have too wait by Monday for me to find out.. Thanks for comforting me..

I don't think you will be responsible for your referrals actions. They might encounter a slight problem with their payment processor wherein other sites do encounter as well. Hoping for the best for you! =)

Honestly, I don't really used to rate other people reviews since I like more to write a reviews than rating or reading other people works.. That is why I had only 30 friends in my account since I don't usually read and rate their reviews unless I'm in my mood.. Well, I have once rated one of my friend reviews more than 5 in a day since she asked me a favor.. I didn't know that its one of the violation.. Do you think that's the reason why they deleted my account?? But I have done it once and only to one friend...

Well, you can still try if you want but its just make you feel bad when this situation will come.. Ciao is a great site to earn money but I'm really not expecting that this will happened.. Actually, it would be my first time to get my money if they still going to paid me on my previous works.. I really hope so that I can still get my money even though my account had been deleted..
