Extreme frustration over something always makes me cry. Probably because I feel I did everything I could but still did not get the outcome I am expecting.

Don't worry dear friend,
All days are our days. Life means ups and downs will be there. We should not think that all should be favarouble. Though i suggest u one simple thing to analyze your self.
First wirte down u r weaknesses and strenths on paper.... then rate the final result which u have more.
Increase your strengths, not weaknesses.
Then everything will be good.
Thanks,

It is normal for people to cry. it is their way of letting out their emotions and what they feel inside. I cry when something bad happens to my family, love ones and friends. I also cry when i fight with my husband.
All things that doesn't meet your standards or expectations are the reasons why we do cry too.
For me, i wanted to laugh more than to cry. It feels bad, heavy to cry. But if it makes you light to spill out your emotions then do so, nobody is going to hold you from doing that.
