Remember this, if you have a dream and that dream is so real, so vivid, and when you wake up and you can remember every single detail of that dream, then you have been on the Astral plain. I have dreams that i remember in the morning all the time....usually completely bizarre ones....how do i know to differentiate between it being an 'astral' one or a normal one?!

That is exactly how I feel!! Can they be nasty or nice. When I get that feeling I clench my fists and close my eyes. Then it gets warmer in the room I open my eyes to see what has happend nothing! I was expecting to see a shadow in front of me. What does this meen can you tell me thanks.

Never give up if your sitting in an awareness or developemnt circle. The more YOU give the more they'll give, but your spiritual timetable is not in your hands, but their's, no matter how much you ask for more, they will only give you what they believe is right, but never give no matter how bored you may become because in the end you will stand on a rostrum.
