it all depends on the color of skin.i thinkdark colors suit a girl who is light skinned and those with a darker complexion,should go for light coloured dresses.

i think that the sexyest woman are in black, with some carefull added laces,but the girl makes the dress to look great on her. She must know how to act when she it`s wearing that dres.. A girl who has a boy character, will never find a dress that fits to her.
