Why do some people from different religions can't get along?

i don't think that's always the case. i have friends who belong to different religious sects, and we get along pretty well. i know also of catholic priests who have protestant friends, and they don't seem to have any problem whatsoever. so, i really don't think religion has anything to do with friendship.

i'm a catholic and i have all non-catholic friends and we get along very easily... i guess there are very few people who don't get along, but that on the individual likes and dislikes...

Sooner or later conflicting religions will cause conflicts. The point of religion is that it should impact everyday of your life and how you live it. If someone else is building their life on a different set of beliefs, then conflict will come.

Cuz they have different beliefs...

Because they do not have the spirit of God within them.

i guess it really depends on individual, there are some devoted believers...or maybe over devoted believers that may think their religion is the only true one. well, i respect everyone belief and maybe coming from malaysia,where there's so many religions, we are very tolerant about other's religions.
