Stuffed chicken

I am very excited because tomorrow I get to try a new dish. I get to try Chicken stuffed with ricota cheese, spinach and portabelo mushrooms. I have never had this dish and my cousin is going to be coming over tomorrow and bringing it with her. I love getting cooked for, I personally don't cook all that well so this is a real treat for me. So do you like it when someone cooks for you? What is your favorite meal? What kind of wine do you think would go good with it?

That meal sounds very tasty to try. I have never had stuffed anything. Let us know how it was.

hi crivas...those ingredients all sound good. to me what sounds the best is the potabella mushrooms. i get into phases where i want them in every dish that i can have them in. hehe. it should turn out good for you. enjoy.

I'm trying something new tomorrow as well. I'm trying to cook chicken parm for my boyfriend. I really don't think it's going to be all that hard to make but I have never tried before! I'm trying meringue tarts with strawberries too!
