Is any out here who are like me Trying to Conceive (TTC). What are the vitamins, medicines you are taking now. Did you consulted to a Gynecologist for help. I am married for almost two years now, but we started to plan for a baby for a year and six months till now, no luck. I thought its just easy to have baby. I'm on my early 30's now and i don't lose hope that God will someday give us the baby that we wanted. Hope you share your views too. Mothers are very much welcome!

I am TTC. It took my husband and I a while to conceive the first 3 times around. The first time it took us over 4 years. The second time it took us a little over 2 years. And the last time it took us 5 years. Unfortunately the last one ended in a miscarriage. That was back in the end of 2005. We've been trying since, but with no luck. PS All three pregnancies were conceived naturally.

I am 31 yrs old, married for 4 yrs now. On the 1st 2 years of our marriage, we planned not to have kids yet but on our 3rd yr, we had our anual physical check up to make sure we were both healthy before we TTC. Thats when I found out I have tyoe 1 diabetes and we were adviced to put our plan to conceive. I have been trying to control my blood sugar levels for a year now. I had my A1c test last January but it still came out high so we need to see the results of my next blood test. I have to keep a well controlled blood sugar level for at least 6 months before we try to conceive, otherwise, I might have a difficult, complicated and risky pregnancy. We are longing to have a little one of our own. I am praying so hard and Im not losing hope. I would suggest you consult an OB-GYN, they can do all the necessary test and they can give you medications. If things will not work, there's IUI and IVF.....theres just so many ways....Good luck!

It is wise to eat a healthy food and do moderate exercise. You could increase the amount of calcium in your diet and take folic acid pills. It might be wise to consider if you get enough iron in your diet. When a lady is stressed it is difficult for her to get pregnant. If she is relaxed she stands a better chance of getting pregnant. Some couples conceive whilst on holiday. My friend tried to get pregnant and didn't so she went on holiday, forgot about trying to conceive, and got pregnant. I know that some ladies seek medical advice if they don't get pregnant after much trying. There are two peak fertility days for most ladies. Try in the middle of your monthly cycle. I have two sons. One born in April and 12 years later one born in May. Good luck.

Sounds weird from my perceptive. I also thought it's easy for women to bear children. I mean, with all the teenage pregnancies I see around me, how hard can it be? (I'm not TTC, too young for that responsibility). Have you tried the natural method, the calendar method? You're supposed to be most fertile a few days before your menstruation, right? I'm not sure about it though, you can look it up if you're interested :D Something like you should "get it on" that specific days before you have your menstruation because that's when you're most potent. And you can determine which days by determining your cycle. Also, try not to get stressed out too much. It's harder to conceive if you're strung up - or so they say :P Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Hi there! I am married for 4 years and 10 months although I tried conceiving only 14 months ago. I am 32 years old and never took contraceptives. It was only last week that I finally decided to seek the help of an OB Gyne. I have undergone TVU and there is nothing wrong with me. My OB adviced that my hubby undergo SA just to make sure that there is also nothing wrong with him. I have been taking folic acid since 2007 (you better take them if you are planning to have a baby) and if I get my period by March, will have to take Clomid just to induce my ovaries to produce more eggs for fertilization. May be you should also consider having a check up with your OB Gyne. Baby dust to us!

Hi there, We are also, two years married now and we plan to have our little angels soon. The vitamins my Obgyne recommended me is the ff: Vitamin E: Increased fertility in both men & women has resulted in this powerful anti-oxidant. It helps normalize hormone production. Dosage: 400IU Daily. Food Sources: Wheat Germ, Almonds, Green Leafy Vegetables, Vegetables Oils. Vitamin C: Also a powerful anti-oxidant, It blocks damaging free radicals. hello there, i have just came off a 2 year TTCing as i am now 19 wks pregnant. first of all i had to have ultra sounds to find out why i couldnt fall pregnant then they found cysts on my ovaries which can be a popular thing, so they operated as they were big and thinking that was the cause, then a year later still no luck, they then decided to take medication which is called Clomid medication. if this didnt work then they we were going to look into IVF it is expensive but it all is worth it in the end i think. luckily 8 rounds of medication of the clomid i fell pregnant.. some gynecologist wont let you take the clomid for more than 6 rounds in a year, so i was lucky that mine did as it was my last round and it worked for us. but a friend of mine who has had one child nearly 6 yrs ago well she has to do ivf now as medications/vitamins etc havent worked for her. i personally havent taken any vitamins. ok well if you want to talk any more bout it let me know, more than happy to as this is a close subject to me thanks

Hello strawberry I would advice you to go and visit your doctor together. Sometimes it is not cause from the female side but the male. Don't give up hope, remember Sara and her husband was unable to have a child and it was given to them by God in their olden days. Just go to the doctor and follow his/her advise. I cannot conceive because I have Poly Cystic Ovaries but go and make that visit first o.k.

Believe it or not I think that in some cases medication isn't going to work. Just say you didn't worry about conceiving anymore and turned your thoughts to something else. I will bet that when you least expect it you will turn out pregnant! Stress and worry are just going to add to your problem I think.

I am no longer trying to conceive, but did for 3 years with our youngest. the first 2 we let nature takes it course, nothing happened. We did all the temp and timing things and nothing. Then i read an article on Robitissin and helping get pregnant. It has a medicine in it that helps loosen and thin cervical muscus. Robitussin is only a specific brand they are many other varieties and any expectorant that contains GUAIFENSIN as the only active ingredient can be used in its place. Be careful to inspect the ingredients to make sure the ONLY active ingredient is guaifesin, any other ingredient can diminish the effect you are looking for. You can read about this at babyhopes.com/articles/robitussin.html or search robitussin and pregnancy in a search. I can't say this helped but it is worth a try. Make sure you are getting lots of folic acid so your body is ready to carry your miracle. Good luck with everything

I already have a child. But I heard that taking vitamin E would help you to become fertile. Well, I think you should first have a check up with an ob-gyne for you to rule out the problem. Avoid stress. Your ob-gyne will give you the vitamins that is right for you. Good luck. And i'm sure that it will come sooner than you expect it.
