I change mine once a week. I think that is quite enough.
Surely it is alot of extra expense to wash them more often - washing machine and detergent?
If I could I would like then clean every day as I love the smell and feel of clean sheets but that is wishful thinking.

Boy you must have a lot of sheets and she must do a lot of laundry. I think that is quick. I wait way longer to change mine. I travel a lot for my job so I'm not home to sleep on my sheets a lot so I can go several weeks. I usually wash mine every two weeks.

I'm not an unclean person, but I think every two days is a bit extreme, I do two washes a day anyway with a family of five, I wouldn't be able to keep up

I usually wash ours every two to three weeks. It's just something I got used to. Before I met my husband I would wash sheets every month as I was hardly at home. So not much has really changed.

Hi. Astro30. Welcome to myLot! I don't change my bed sheets every two days. This should be only done if you have a baby or if someone is very sick that is laying on the sheets. I think that it is normal to change the bed sheets every week or so. Changing the bed sheets every two days is too fast. I know that I would be tired of changing my bed sheets and washing them so quickly too. Me or my husband both will change the bed sheets, but he washes them at the laundromat though.

Hello Astro
My bed sheets are pure white, the slightest dart or dust make it look so bad, more over our place is hot, body sweat will make it smell foul.
So i change them every alternate day..
Thanks for this discussion.
Happy posting, cheers.
Namastey.
