Of course, pineapple has more. Aside from the apple, you also have pine. Seriously, pineapple is more nutritious, as a raw food or juice concentrate. You can find the information here: for Pineapple - http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/2027/2 for Apple - http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/ But you don't want to be drinking pineapple juice all the time, right? That's "boring". So take apple juice too. And if you want another healthy juice for variety, try tomato. This one has lower vitamin C than pineapple but it has very low glycemic load which makes it ideal for weight loss. See the data: for Tomato - http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/vegetable-and-vegetable-products/2958/2

Hello jlamela! I would choose pineapple juice than apple juice. My husband once asked me educational questions while we're talking on the phone and one of the question is that "what is the fruit that has lesser nutrients?" one of the choices there is apple but I never thought that apple would be the answer. So now I found out that apple has lesser nutrients.

I'm sure that both juices offer you antioxidants, but there are some other things that make them differently unique. Pineapple is a high-glycemic fruit, meaning that your blood sugar response to it is much higher than after drinking apple juice. When your blood sugar is higher, your insulin response is more reactive. The more insulin, the more you store fat. Insulin is a fat storing hormone. So drinking the juice with a lower glycemic index value may mean something significant when it comes to weight loss or weight gain.

I don't drink juice so I can't say for sure, but I would think that the pineapple would be better. However, I would think that eating the actually fruit would be the best thing to do.

is it real pineapple or in can, you have to drink real pineapple fruits, as pineapple in can has a lot of preservatives, i think both are good source for detoxifying our body,
