Honeyadvertiserpro: is it worth it to upgrade there?

I have reached my minimum payout at honeyadvertiserpro and I have not decided yet if it is better to upgrade or just request my payment. I don't know how much time it takes for them to transfer the money to your account.
Are you a member there? What do you recommend as far as upgrading?
