Do you think we should get flowers for our loved one at this time?

It all depends on the people involved. If you feel it is a waste of money, then you obviously won't put your best feelings into these flowers, so don't get them. But if you think it is a good investment, then heck get some flowers. I like when I get flowers, it shows that your partner cares. But if I don't get flowers, I still know that my partner cares for me. I prefer to get flowers on more random occasions, rather than a holiday when everyone is getting them. My boyfriend lives in Sweden, so when I get off the plane to see him he gives me a rose, and the last time I went he made sure to get me a flower arrangement for the bedroom, it was a sweet thing of him to do. He also got me some chocolates too that were oh so tasty haha.

My wife and I don't exchange gifts on this day due to the factor of money. It's a waste. We can buy the same candy, flowers on Monday for a fraction of the price. It's silly to spend a ton of money on things like this. Though, it's a sweet day, and needs to be spent with the ones you love, buying something that the price is jacked up 10 times it's value is silly.
I do like to give my wife things like flowers and stuff, but it's more special when it's a suprise, when she least expects it.
