Incandescent Light Bulb or Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs?? Which are safer for you and your family??

It is just not skin senitivities that cause issues, it is the ammount of lead in these bulbs and if you are pregnant, and using them in a nursery they can do harm to the baby if they break or if you are exposed to them for long periods. I never had UV allergies until I worked at a restaraunt that had these bulbs. Now my UV sensivity and light senitivity is hard to deal. You are not suppose to be expose to these bulbs for more than 3 hours and many people are for two to three times longer than the recomended time. This in the end causes health issues.

I guess I should have watched the whole video before responding. I've been around a lot of fluorescent bulbs and never noticed anything. probably because i tend to go tho bed early and don't really have the light on for extended periods of time. it's really something to think about if you have a work room in your basement.
