We have such nice neighbors

Our new neighbors are going to take care of Sammy and Abagail our cats while we are at our son's. We have some really nice neighbors who have 5 teenagers and they will be coming over here everyday to feed the cats and love them while we are gone for the week. I do not know if I will be gone for one or two weeks I know my hubby will be gone one week because he will be back so he can go back to work the 23 of March.
The neighbor and her hubby are a blended family and they take such good care of their children. The children are so well behaved I trust them in my home. They all will be welcome to come over this summer to swim in the pool when ever they want. I love to see the kids walking to school and wish them to have a good day.
They are willing to scoop out the cat box even. Wow what nice people they are. I will be getting them a 50 dollar gift certificate but I do not know where. I was thinking of to a restaurant but with a family of 7 I do not know if they can afford to go out and eat much. I also was thinking of getting a gift certificate to a grocery store so they can get groceries. Then again that is not fun for the kids. What do you guys think I should get them? I do not know which of the five kids will coming over. I have a feeling they will be taking turns.
What would you get the family?

Hi teapotmom, it’s really good news to you as you could find someone who are trusted to take care of your pet cats, Sammy and Abagail, so that you would feel relieved to leave for your son’s place for a week or more than that. Since your neighbor’s kids promise to help you to take care of your cat, you don’t have to worry much as long as they will keep on feeding your pet cats regularly.
Really it’s not easy to have enthusiastic and helpful neighbors nowadays as many people are busy and don’t even have any extra time or any interest to take care of others. Some even don’t have any mutual communication with their neighbors. Yeah, it’s good for you to entertain your 5 helpful and hospitable neighbor teens to enjoy their summer swim in your pool in return. Right, you could prepare a mini BBQ party beside the pool as well to regale the whole family of your helpful neighbor when you back to home again.

Hi teapotmom, I’m really glad to know that you are so kind to your helpful neighbors. And you will express your gratitude in return by entertaining the whole family of your neighbors with dinner, for their great help in taking care of your pets while you were going on vacation for many days.
I believe the kids might be very cheerful to know that they could enjoy swimming in the pool in your compound during the coming summer, for this is the best activity to escape from the scorching heat swimming in the cold water. Just like you, I enjoy and feel happy as well to have lots of friends and their kids having fun in our compound.

thank you, what would you fix for dinner? I am thinking of something like a big roast or a large casserole or I can make a turkey. What do you think?

I am still not sure what to get them. I know I will be asking them over for dinner soon. I would like to meet the whole family. I am looking forward to them coming over to swim this summer. I do love a lot of people around epically young adults.

How sweet of your neighbours and their kids. It's really nice to have such pleasant folk living next door.
It's difficult to tell you where to get your vouchers and we don't really know the family personally but if they are close-knit, then perhaps they like playing board games or something, or perhaps would like a day out at a theme park, or zoo? Just something that will give them quality time together I would have thought.

Maybe a download to iTunes for music they may like that. iTunes has gift certificates I can buy at Costco I may do that for them.

Wow... your neighbors are really nice... taking care of cats is not an easy task... i experienced that when i was working abroad... my friend would ask me to drive over to his house everyday for 10 days just so i can feed and take care of them when he went away for a vacation... seems easy but in reality not so...
He actually paid me to do that... and even allowed me to use his pick up for those days... so i have no idea what you can get those kids... you can cook them something nice... or give them gift certificates for an amusement park... or the like...

Hey tea! I think that is so nice that your neighbors kids will
be taking care of the cats for you. I don't know what you should
get them! It would be nice if they could all go out to a
restaurant together. Or maybe give them a gift certificate to
one of the department stores so they can buy something that
they all would like and could share. I think whatever you give
them they will be very happy to get!
