where are you from? Paypal usually ask you to verify your account by means of credit card and bank account to check your proof of address.

from the philippines..i already check it..and it only needs a credit or debit card to verify my account...

hi there,,, well whebn you open up your account there is a option to verify the account there they will ask you to submit your credit card number and they will deduct a minimal account from it and after some time they will return the amount back to your card and your account will be verified

Paypal has only one way of getting it verified and that is through credit card verification and trying to verify by bank account is a waste as paypal doesn't support getting it verified by bank account and it has to be only through credit card

If you dont have a credit card you can also verify it with a bank account, all you have to do is log into your account and follow the prompts to do this, it is real easy.
