Do you belive in Friday the 13th?

yes i do. its happened many times before. just yesterday it was friday the 13th.

Don't believe in it.. it's all in the mind. the more you think about it.. the more likely mishaps will happen to you. "Law of attracttion" the body does what the mind wants... It's a superstition and just like any superstition it doesn't have facts on it's sides but still it depends on the people's die on the topic. I myself don't believe in it though. have a nice day :)

I don't believe in Friday 13th, nor in black cats crossing my path. I walk under ladders (after checking that there isn't someone up there about to drop a brick on me, of course) and if I spill salt, I just sweep it up. Broken mirrors go in the bin and no 'seven year's bad luck' (touch wood!) This Friday I was just going across the road to the shops when my daughter arrived to pick up something. That didn't take long so I shut the door and went shopping. It was only when I got to the checkout that I realised that I didn't have my loyalty card with me. Now, my loyalty card is a handy little piece of plastic that lives on my keyring and I NEVER leave the house without it. Somehow, though, I did today! Our house is pretty secure. Since it is winter, all the windows are closed and there is no way I can get in without breaking something. As luck would have it I had the keys to the car in my pocket so I drove into town to get my wife's key. It would make the story complete, I suppose, if I could tell you that I dropped the spare key down a drain, ran over a cat or knocked a cyclist off his bike, since isn't bad luck supposed to come in threes? Well, none of these things happened. The rest of the day went uneventfully and fairly successfully! So much for Friday 13th! Wait! There's another one coming up in a month's time!

i dont believe this simply because God didnt created a bad day. He created good things for us, people just create those kind of bad stuff. I dont think friday the 13th is bad day for me, its a normal day where i also pray, go for a night out with friends and think of being happy. people who believe on this should stop and believe God. If theres something bad happen to you, its just coicidence. God take care of us always. Happy mylotting!!!

No I don't believe in it at all ... I mean what does it make it lucky or unlucky. British people say it's an unlucky day and in the contrary Italian people say it's a luck day , I say it's just a normal Friday just like 12th Friday or 11th friday

No actually. Friday the 13th is just like any normal day, because of a superstition, people tend to remember their mishaps more often on Friday the 13th.

Friday the 13th hardly affected me as I was too busy preparing for my Valentine as it is Feb 14th the next day anyways. It would have been good if you could have told us all that what were the mishaps that happened to you which made you ponder over the Friday 13th date so much. It is all so much of an extreme superstition that it is hard to belive that it still exists considering the current times, when thousands of people become millionaires on Friday 13th and any other date for that matter. I think you should just relax and count it as a bad day which could have happened on any other date.
