sad valentines day

i had a sad valentines day.my family just stayed at home.it's like a normal day for us.i dont receive any gifts.i dont receive any flowers,even a single petal.but atleast,i was touched by my kids.they gave me a valentine card yesterday.they made it for me.i was so happy that my kids gave me a card.they said that they thank me for taking care of them.anyway,even before,i dont receive gifts and flowers every valentines day.

HI Axlaero. this is the real gift given by your childrens to you. They have realy acknowledged your care taking attitude towards them. This also a mark of appreciation for your love and responsibilities you have shown towards them. In fact you are much reacher than others who received gifts and cards from their valentine's . You go real valentine gifts congrulations.

yes and im so touched.they appreciate everything that i did for them.theres nothing more important for me than my kids.even they dont gave me an expensive gifts,but atleast,they gave me a especial card thet they made just for me.thanks for the response.

since you got valentines card from your kids,this is not sad valetines.when i was teenager i never ever experienced having dates or got flowers.i always get jelous to my friends who has their BF but now i have my hubby and little girl.we dont have special celebration but we exchanged gifts too.during evening my little girl and i had bath together and that was my date
so maybe next year you will be the happiest mom on valentines day

ha ha ha.me too, when i was in high school,im jealous with my friends who have a boyfriend too.they always had a date.but one day,i received flowers from my secret admirer.but i still dont have a boyfriend.well,your right,i should ba happy and not sad baceause i received valentines card from my kids...thanks for the reponse...

hahaha so now you remind me about my past!well i got flowers too from my secret. but when we were almost graduation i knew its from him who always helping my homework because i did´nt have time to do it since i am workig students.it was him who were sitting beside me in the classroom and did not know till almost graduation hahhaha but i did not like him at all.parang bading!!!baka carmina at rustom pa ang result hahahaa.

Wahahaha,yah maybe you'll become carmina and rustom.Oops i mean bibi gandang hari lol.But your admirer is sweet.Imagine,he always help you in your homework.maybe he really likes you.But sorry for him,he's not your type.you dont like a guy who's like a gay like bibi ha ha..anyway thank's friend.you made me smile..

I don't think you really had a sad valentines day... since your kids gave you something to brighten that special occassion for you... that day was also like any other day for me... except that the traffic was a lot worst... did not receive any gifts nor cards... but at least i was with my family the whole day...

i am so sorry to hear that you will not be receiving anything today on Valentine's Day, so attached to this discussion please find a photograph that i have uploaded for you for Valentine's Day today. (hugs) and i was planning on cooking a home cooked dinner tonight but that all got changed, some of our friend's called the other day and invited my hubby and myself to eat dinner with them tonight. so i do not want anything else than that. i do not need a box of chocolates to sit around and eat nor do i need any flowers. i am thankful for the time that i get to spend with my family and friends today.

You are not alone. I was also at home last Valentine's Day. The worst part is, i was left alone. All the people at the house went out and i was tasked to watch the house. I just spent my day in my room mylotting. I'm used to it because just like you, i have noone to celebrate it with. I am always single come February 14.
If i'm just there in your area maybe i'd ask you to be my date! Hehe.. Who wouldn't want to spend some time with a beautiful and kind lady like you. Don't be sad now.

i guess im luckier than you.atleast im with my kids.and aside from that,i receive something than not to receive anything.why did'nt you joined them instead of staying at home?did you asked the people in your house if you can join with them?or yoy just choose to stay at home?anyway,thanks for sharing your experience this last valentines day..

HI. Happy Valentines Day. You got a great valentines day present, with your children, and they made it, which makes it extra special. My children are all grown up and have familys of there own, I have a husband who does not get me anything for valentines day or even for my birthday. Infact for any holiday, so i can say your not alone.

You had a sad valentine Day but I had no valentine Day. Now tell me who is happier. Surely me. you said you are sad for no gift, no nothing at all and I am happy that like previous years this years too I succeeded in skipping it off.
