are you a good listener?

We better be a good listener and you are right we must be patient. I have this noted in my notebook and i always say this to my friends. To be kind is more important than to be right, sometimes what a person need is not a brilliant mind that speaks, but a patient heart that listens. Listening is very important in a relationship. If both of you talk, nothing will happen but misunderstanding , so the value of listening is better. If one speaks, one should listen.

Hi amyzong, There was a time when I wasn't but in recent years I always try to be a good listener. Listening is very important because often people just need to talk, to get something off their chest. When we interrupt without giving them the time they need we are not being fair and are more concerned about ourselves than our friend. Blessings.

many says a good listener is a good speaker too.well maybe i think i'm a good listener too because even if i feel boring or not interested to what i'm listening i shall go on to listen.my reason is that idont like someone got hurt and in case they asks my opinion i will know what will i say.is that a good listener?
