Mortal Kombat has always been one of my favorite series of video games.
Ever since I had Sega Genesis.
It really bums me out that they won't be making anymore.
What do u think?

Is it true that Midway went bankrupt? (The company behind the Mortal Kombat series.) I hear a lot of people say that Mortal Kombat was at it's best during the 16-bit era. Apparently, the transition to 3-D wasn't as smooth. I actually haven't played the newer ones, but I like fighting games.

But the last I heard that armageddon was the last game they were doing.

Wasn't Midway bought by Warner Bros?
Either way I think MK 9 was being developed for the 360 and PS3 since I read some news about it a while ago. The developers were joking about "M Canine" (since K9 is spelled like canine, lol)...
