I was singing the Song of Hillsongs from their Album of 2008 The Desert Song. "I will bring praise, i will bring praise, no weapon formed against me shall remain, i will rejoice, i will declare, God is my victory and He is here"...
It was really a good song declaring victory in times of trials, that God is the provider of all things. "All of my life, in every season, you are still God, i have a reason to sing, i have a reason to worship."
I keep on singing Praises to God. It helps me to go on with life and keep me walking in His ways and do His will.

Lamb Of God - Redneck, that songs wake you up and kicks your a**, that's the song I usually listen to in the morning to wake me up straight away. I wish I had it as a ringtone but I don't so I use my windows media player as my computers speakers are super loud full blast and it's just great to be the first thing you listening/moshing to lamb of god in the morning.

Will it count if the song was in my head? HAHA! If it does, then, the first song that I heard today was "Is It Any Wonder?" by Keane.
If hearing a song in my head doesn't count (awww!) then, the first song was "Atlantic" by Keane -- yes, again. LOL Yeah, the song was good because I picked it (being on my player and all). So I guess that was a wonderful start to my day. :D

Mine was Georgia by Hanson. I use my Ipod as my alarm clock and it was really nice to hear one of my absolute favorite songs start my day and get me up and in a good mood. It is anything but boring with a wonderful melody and amazing lyrics!

The first song that I heard this morning was an old song by Kenny Rogers "through the years", which is also my all-time favorite. It's not a boring song for me.
