ok a few weeks ago me and my husband went to h & r blcok to do our taxes, now i've been doing my taxes with them for 5 years now, this is my husbands first time, so we go and two wonerful ladies take us because they had an open slot so at the end of our paper work the lady that did my taxes said to me now since you brought your husband for the first time you guys can do the refer a friend, and so we did. well yesterday we both get letters in the mail apologizing but we both are not entilted to get the rewards because we did not do our taxes two hours apart we did them at the same time, now im just so frustrated with them i spend nearly $500. every year to get my money on the spot and they are worried about giving me back a petty $15.00 i want to complain to someone at h & r block. can some one guide me the right direction. thanks in advance

This is not right. I feel if you were directed there based on getting some type of incentive and than was told later you were getting nothing that is just not right. I see this discussion was started almost a year ago however I hope for your sake you got something out of this and if not I would not go back if I were you:)
