Has anyone failed a course in high school?

I failed biology when I was 15, but then resat the exam and got a really good mark. I only failed it because I was too lazy to study. I have learnt from those mistakes since, and will never make them again. You should always work hard at school, if you don't it might have a huge impact on your future and the things you can do with your life. If you don't work hard, you choices will be limited, but if you do work hard and achieve high, the sky is the limit.

I didn't fail any of the classes I had in high school, but in college I did fail one or two classes. One I just didn't understand and then I got sick for finals and couldn't make them up, that sucked. Then another one I withdrew from the class too late, so I ended up failing it. But I did end up graduating on the dean's list.

yeah.. i failed math by 4 points once n it sorta klled me inside happy lotting and have a nice day!

Hey....technically i failed 3 classes...however none of then i actually failed. What happened was in grade 10 I found out i was pregnant and had to drop out of photography because of the chemicals...it was about mid semester i had an 89 but had to stop. Then when i was in grade 12 i had to quit my co-op placement because was son got influenza A and was very sick for 4 weeks, healthy for 2 weeks...and then relapsed for another 2 weeks. Therefor i had missed so much time...i couldnt possibly pass especially with it being co-op i needed to actually be there i couldnt just do the work and hand it in. so technically i failed 3 classes...however not because i wasnt able to pass the material but becuase of health issues with my son...and photography becuase i was pregnant and i coulnt be around the chemicals.

Fortunately, I never failed but i received low grades in some of my subjects. Good for you to graduate with honour roll. I was not included in the honour roll when i graduated but i am contented on what i accomplished. :) Happy Mylotting. :)

When I was at school I failed a lot, or just scraped through, I hated school and just didn't have a good enough memory and still don't, but I really think if they stopped making kids study the subjects that will not be of anyuse for the future unless they choose to study them then the kids could concentrate on the important things that they will need in later years...
