Ratings as a friend

Ok...so I know the ratings here really have nothing to do with how well you are at the specific category, or your overall influence in that area. But I was shocked when I just realized that My rankings for friend and politics are out of whack! I'm up in the 200s under politics, and only 400 or so in friend??? I guess I should spend more time here:) What about you?? Do you notice yourself focusing here on areas you excel in real life...or the other way around?
