can we keept it as a pet?

Recently one of my relative had to spend sometime in hospital because his left side of body was totally paralyzed.Then, few days later an OWL suddenly fell on the ground(from the window) it was very large when they took it, and now they don't know what to feed it also.It's not eating any thing they give like meat stuff, any help? and also can we keep it as a pet?Is it good? or atleast is it possible?

i have found a barn owl he is injured and not eating any thing, can anybody tell me what and how to feed him. i found him three days ago but he is still not eating any thing i have given him chicken. and i dont know what to feed him can any body please help me wid this????????????

I don't think it's a good idea to keep the owl as a pet because it's not like those that are found in the pet store where they're accustomed to being pets. While the owl you found is actually adjusted to the wild, and keeping it is actually killing it slowly.
I suggest, you just heal it back to normal and as soon as it's okay, let her loose.
It's also stressful for animals who are nocturnal to be kept as pets because their eyes are sensitive to light, they need to hide from the light in the mornings and have to exercise and hunt their food at night. They need to be on the move to keep them alive and you making it as a pet, isn't a good idea.
