Can you consider yourself SUCCESFUL.....

Hello bro dong "SUCCESSFUL" has a broad meaning. I mean, it points on different categories in your life you've been successful at. As for me, the most successful moment in my life I achieved in my whole life was when I called up in my spiritual calling...and I know what I mean for sure...I would maybe have some more success in my life to come BUT the most is still my spiritual calling and nothing beats that... Cheers brother...

People have diffrent perspective on how they are successful though I can say that I am a successful as a mom and trying to be successful in my career and as a wife too. Well, I still have time to achieve the success that I wanted to have.

i am a single mom with four children. and for me i fought a good battle with life bravely to protect and be there for my children so i can say yeah yeah i am successful. it is of course depends on what is success means to you. some people are not contented on what they have at present and they think that they are not sucessful. they just need to take a good look around and appreciate everything.

I have a very good job and we have been enjoying a good life but I don't measure my success in terms of material things. I believe the mere fact that I was able to marry a very good husband and together were able to build a happy christian home is more than all the successes this material world could ever give. The best thing of all, is that I have Christ in our life and I am assured of heaven when the Lord calls us home. After this life, we could not bring all the honors and fames we have had so success to me is not in terms of profession or fames or awards or any material thing but in terms how I have lived my life in this world in preparation for the next life that comes after this. Only one life we have in this world and soon it will pass. When this life passes away, only what we have done for Christ will stand. Now, as I believe I have been living my life all for the glory of God, then I am a very successful person.

It depends on the day I have had whether I consider myself successful or not,on the whole yes.The washing and clothes are hanging in the wardrobes,the dinner is cooking,and all that housework ect,I am raising the third of three children so I am successful mother,my husband always comes in the door smiling so he seems happy enough ,so a successful wife as well.Which is good for me,being a high flyer earning a lot of money has never appealed to me,as it would take me away from my family and the children I brought into the world,it is my job to make sure they get everything they need emotional and otherwise ,i could not bear to let anyone else do that for me.I did try working as a cook ,very successful as well,but it kept me away from my family so I gave the job up,it is not for everyone but it suits me.xx

Hi, No,I donot consider myself succesful.Though I 've given my best shot,I've tried to balance between work & family Life consciosly, yet the word 'success' has a much broad meaning to me.I would chase that feeling upto the last day, otherwise I'm afraid I may be stale... =Lahiri,Kolkata,India.
