I was wondering, and cannot find information on it, how many christians have meaningful quite time daily or almost daily with God. I thought I would take an informal poll.

i have quiet times all day on and off i talk to him, i don't need a church, i find a relationship with god is a personal thing at least for me, i do stop in and go to church some days during the day just to be in the surroundings of the church, and pray for people in need.

like i said i myself think its personnel and i don't kneed to be in church to talk to god with a group of people. when i was young and went to catholic school the mass was done in latin, then years later they brought guitars on the altar, i guess i'm old school i dont need theatricks on the alter or in church, but thats me.

I don't know that I ever have a "quiet" time with God, cuz I live in a large family and there is lots of commotion all the time. But as far as spending time with Him, I do that all the time. I don't think a person necessarily have to have a "time alone" with God...don't get me wrong, I don't think there's anything wrong with it, I'm just saying one doesn't really have to have this. I talk to God and spend time with Him as if he where right there beside me, whenever I feel the need. Of course, there is night time, right after everyone goes to bed, and I usually spend about an hour lying awake and thinking. That's about as close as I get to quiet time.

i have quiet time with my Lord everyday. but it really doesnt mean that i still be in a church to talk to him.. i can pray wherever i am or when ever i want. when i pray i usually pray in silence and take a few moments to listen on what He wanted to say to me. prayers really help me communicate wit hmy Lord.
