I use Weebly and they are very good and easy to use. There are also other places where you can build a free website but I am not sure of the names of them.

My favorite places to build a site completely free so far is http://www.tripod.com.
You can get a free site with them, they have an easy site builder too, so you don't have to know html. You can check out my site so you can see what you can do http://backlightstudios.tripod.com

I found hpage.com and they were very easy to use. They offer completely free webhosting and you can use their software to build you site or you can build with your own software and upload it. I don't think they have a limit on bandwith although you are limited to 250mb of pictures, 10mb of music, 10mb of flash files, 10mb of html files, and 20mb of downloads.

you can go just about any search engine and most of them offer free webpages. the one thing that you have to know about the ones online is that it very limited on what you can do unless you know HTML code. i know that you can get softwear that will help you do and then all you do is upload your information. it really depends on what you whated to do on your webpage and what kind of things were going to be on it.

you have options of either buy or use free hosting service. both offers tools using which you can build your own website. geocities.com offers free hosting, if you want to buy your own domain like www.yourname.com, you can search on internet for hosting providers and they charge you for hosting but they are very cheap.

Hello to build website first you need some basic about website. What I mean here is about the basic of file transfer to internet, the hosting, and the website HTML. Some people like to build blog because it is easy to build at blogger. If you like to build website for free, you can use hosting free like 110mb or 000webhost. Then start build with the software provide. Don't forget website need URL domain address so, you can register free co.cc. Be careful free website sometimes not good but you can trust at blogger if you building blog follow their policies and term.
