whats the funniest tv show?

Will and grace was funny and I watch it still on lifetime. The characters are naturally funny in everything they do. Jack is hilarious and it makes no sense how he gets through in life when he can be so dumb. Caren is a funny rich alcohlic with a squeaky voice. Grace is a greedy flat chested slim red head who has her own little issues including finding out her fiance was gay (will truman) which of course is what the show began with.

I would have to say that it would be the new Howie Mandel show called Howie do it. I find that he is just so funny. They play some pretty outrageous pranks on people. I can not believe that people actually fall for some of this stuff. I also really like Howie Mandel and have since I was younger.
