How to smile inspite of struggles?

Filipinos are happy people even though we suffer from struggles we still have time to laugh and smile at our problems. It's not that we're not taking problems seriously, it's just the fact that we trust ourselves and specially the power of God. Whenever I have problems I just cried alone at my room to relieve myself from the hurt that I feel then I'll just think that it will pass as time goes by. I don't have to kill myself just because of this. I'm a very private person and I don't want to bother other people about my problems I just find ways to make myself happy by spending time with my daughter, watching tv, listening to musics and chatting with my friends. Just stay cool and think that everything will be alright, ask God for guidance and trust Him 'coz problems can help us form ourselves into a stronger and better person. Keep in mind that God's making His best way to help us and He won't let us down. Have faith and don't forget to smile.

Sometimes being cheerful pays-off... specially if there's nothing else left to do anymore. Too much worrying will not help, it will only ruin your day, which is why whenever i have a problem i can't seem to solve, i leave it alone for a while... i go to the mall and talk to friends and family... they say an idle mind is the seat of the devil. If you go on wallowing on your loss the evil will overpower you injecting more negative thoughts... but if you keep busy and pray alot, all things will work just as good as it should be.

filipinos can still manage to smile and laugh no matter the heaviness and seriousness of problems that may come our way because, we are a very optimistic breed. always, we believe and hope that there are no insurmountable problems at all. problems that come our way, will always have some accompanying solutions to them. this is what we have always been told since childhood. thus, we hold on to this.
this kind of thinking and attitude, is what makes filipinos so fun to be with. life is just lighter and easier no matter what are the surrounding conditions at anytime.
it is this kind of attitude which makes us a breed apart. we can see people from other countries go overboard for lighter problems, yet this is unheard of among us. this is one thing that we must be very thankful for.
