Is linkpayer.com is a SCAM website??

Hey friends can you tell me linkpayer.com is a scam website or not? i got $5.00 when i registered before 4 months there and that is still same till now. I have 105 referrals and so i thought it is impossible that there is no earning in account. 100% i thought that this is a scam website. yet your opinion is needed. Please send your opinions. Thanks

hey friends it is very important things you have done that you have 105 nos refferals. it is proved that linkpayer.com is a scam site. Because i have joined before two month still earning is $5. I think it will be disclosed that www.linkpayer is a scam site by the all members to beware from it.

I also want to know about this site. I join linkpayer last month and log in everyday and untill now my account balance is same as yours, never increase even 1cents -.-

sorry I don't know about that site. but I'm interested about your referrals. 105 is huge referrals, how do you do to have a lot of referrals. can you guve me suggestion to have a lot of referrals ? Thanks !
