I know this has probably been asked too many times and it is probably this close to being a cliche, but I am curious. see, I have this theory that first love doesnt die in the sense that they will always be special to you, but it doesnt mean that you will forever be romantically love with them. what do you think guys? please share your thoughts.

I think your first love will stick around forever because it was the purist form, even if you do break up.

Ps. I don't think loving someone means you have to stay with them either.

I don't think your first 'love' has the same meaning or significance for the rest of your life if you break up with them. I think it also depends on how old you were when you fell in love with them. People grow and people change, so if you loved someone when you were in your early 20's you might not love them in the same way when you are mid-30's for example.
