Hello friend.
That's a good news. Is important to know how to verify a paypal account.
Anyway i wanna tell you you can easily cash out your money from your unverified aypal account, just using the xoom money transfer service, that is active for phills.
You just need to open a xoom account, and send some money to yourself, using the money in your unverified paypal account ;)

Thanks Pier! I have tried that one but when I ask Xoom if I can do that they e-mailed me that I should have a verified account to be able to transfer funds so I didn't even gave it a try but now that I have a verified account its easier to transfer funds.

I am also pleased to hear that you were able to verify your pay pal account and now use it. I find pay pal to be an essential part of my online necessities. Most sites only want to use pay pal and if you don't have it you are kinda stuck on getting paid. I think as long as you don't withdraw more than $500.00 a month from your pay pal they won't charge you anything.
I find it very convenient to withdraw money from pay pal directly into my checking account and then use my debit card anywhere I go without ever having to go to the bank. I am also going to look into the pay pal debit card that they offer.

I wish the paypal debit car would be applicable here in my country unfortunately it is only for US members I think. Paypal has payment when withdrawing funds in the Philippines if it is less than $200 but if it is more than then there is no payment. Paypal is the most convenient way to receive money online.
