Oh, I like Pasta Salad. It doesn't seem to complicated if you are like me and use one of those boxes from the store. It seems a bit silly to me that I don't just make it from a recipe on the internet. Doesn't seem like it could possibly be that hard. Still, I don't. Sigh.

My mom had meatloaf for dinner tonight. My whole family love pasta salad. We use only Miracle Whip brand in ours and sometimes we will us a ranch dressing to give it a extra zing of flavor. I haven't made any in awhile and my brother has been bugging me to so I just might make a big bowl and that way he can munch down and have some for a few days.

I make my pasta salad with rotini noodles, diced ham, sliced peperoni cut in half, diced onions, green peppers and tomatoes and a block cut into cubes of monterey jack cheese. I mix it all together and add ground black pepper and italian dressing. It can be served warm or cold, and is just about a meal in itself. :) Happy Pasta Salading.

Yummy I love meat loaf and pasta salad. I use a can of spam in my pasta salad, I cut it in squares and fry it. Add it to the cooked noodles, then I cut bellpepper and onions and add them in raw, then add mayo and mix it all up... Its delicious and so so easy to make. Happy mylotting.

I usually only make pasta salad during hot weather - don't know why! I discovered French Onion dip at Walmart ($1 the last time I bought it) which makes a wonderful dressing for it. I like to use ripe olives, boiled eggs, celery, sunflower seeds and radishes when they're in season. Now I'm hungry for it!
