Are you ready for Summer? Any idea where to go?

lol =D YEah, philippines is just a 3hr flight away from singapore ^_^ There are so many nice beaches over there, such as hundred island, bocay etc.. hehe ^_^ I will definitely visit there one day ^_^

hi there, kun2349! we also have that two seasons (only)! so i think we share the same clouds, so to speak. he he he. anyway, singapore is not too far from the philippines! do you consider coming over and visit the white sands that we boast of? but you are right, weather is too unpredictable and it might just ruin your summer plans.

Hi Ysabel! I am sure that your friend Faith in primary school is as beautiful as me! haha.. Oh don't worry dear friend, there are lots of other beaches to go to. We are very lucky to live in a tropical island for we won't run out of beach resorts and islands to go to. I do agree that Boracay is very beautiful and I am sure that everyone will have a great time there. But I do also wish to see Pagudpod one of these days. Hello Faith! i have a close friend on my primary years in school and her name is Faith too and seeing your username reminds me of her! Boracay is a very beautiful place! Went there several years ago and planned to come back but never had the chance to go there again until now! That is true, going there can be very expensive. he he he.. you really need to save first however, its really worth going there! I am not sure if we all can go to Subic as based on my inquiry, the resort we are eyeing is already full on weekends. We all go to work so weekday is out. But regardless, we still want to hit the beach, wherever it is and when, that is the question. he he he.

Subic resorts have already been fully-booked for weekends for the whole summer already so we are scouting for new location, i think Batangas is next in line. . . wish me luck!

hi steelwater! i have heard of bantayan island in cebu! the white sand and hey is it really true that the place is like a virgin island? undiscovered by tourist?

well there are still tourists but its not that overly commercialized like in boracay, so you get more locals going there instead of tourists, and the island is beautiful, you wont sea alot of boats waiting to get some profit out of vacationers hehehe

he he he... .. it's like we are literally world's apart! summer here officially starts April.. but we can feel the heat as early as now .. especially on weekends! its just too hot!

hey, La Union is very famous for its beaches! i hope you will be able to visit that place! its been featured in channel 2 many times already and in fact, i've been there but that was way, way before, during my college days. i am sure you will enjoy your stay there!

oh yeah! la union and baguio! i haven't been there since my college days! thanks for suggesting the Oceanpark. I am really looking forward to going there, though i still have to save up some more! he he he i think beaches in la union are good for surfing too! it was featured in channel 2 sports unlimited last year.

you must be a workaholic then! summer is not yet officially here but we can already feel the heat and all we can dream of is having to go to the beach! no definitel plans yet as of this time, but we really hope we can go for a swim!

hello odelone! Tagaytay is such a nice place. .. You guys can try the adventure trail in the picnic groove! its a nice spot for picture taking! not to mention the nice view of Taal Volcano and the cool weather too! Baguio is another great option, but i heard that there's so much people in Baguio this summer and the Pine city gets too crowdy at this time. Wherever you go, don't forget to bring a camera and take that pictures!

hi sameroad! i am sorry to hear that! here in the Philippines, we only have the summer and the rainy season. in the rainy seasons, we could have heavy rains, and typhoons and traffic everywhere! i would rather have the summer season but now with the current global warming, i think its going to be really hot too!

Swimming pool is also a nice choice but its so hard to get a place during April or May, as it gets too crowded! You can swim like you really want. Palawan is such a nice place! White sand, love the beach there! There could be some nearby beaches I am sure, we just need to scout for more new places, right?
