how to define whether a person is HOT or COOL?

I always think that HOT is associated with the person's appearances (sexy, nice looking, beautiful eyes etc) , and COOL is for the person's way of act (more to how that person brought himself/herself within the crowd).

To me, hot means that the person is very good looking. While cool means that the person has a aura that is layed back and sometimes tuff ttoo. So Halle Berry is Hot . While Samuel L. Jackson is cool.

If they are hot, they are smackin or off the chain! If they are cool, that means they are alright, straight, good enough and decent..

to me hot and cool means the same thing but there is different situations to use them. when some one does something amazing or interesting or you just like what that person is doing (basically some sort of action or produced work) then you say cool. only when a person looks amazing or spectacular or whatever you want to call it than I'll say that person is hot ( basically to describe a person who's looking good judged solely on the outer beauty) i hope i helped. god bless my dear friend. cheers love.

I think a hot person is someone you find attractive and sexy, while a cool person is someone who follows fashion and keeps themselves up to date. They are probably interesting, and may be likeable, but not necessarily attractive to you in the same way.

To me, someone who is cool is someone who is untouchable, or unapproachable. Someone you can't get close to, while a hot person is someone who would be the opposite - warm, friendly, easygoing. :D

When a person is HOT it means they are very good looking... and when a person is COOL it's a person that is O.K... and you cant really say something bad about them...

I think the person must be smart and intelligent in what he do or think for be cool person....
