If you resigned from one company and at that time boss tried his best to persuade you to stay at the company. One year later, you find other company is almost the same, same reward and you have to work over-time without pay. Everyday you have lots work to do without rest. At this time will you have the idea to come back to the company that you resigned? Do you have courage to call the boss?

It really would depend on the situation and the relationswhip I had with my boss but basically, I'd be a little embaressed. First of all, if I resigned, they had to find someone to replace me, now I want to come back, what are they going to do with the person they have now? Or maybe they found someone there that could do my job and they've been saving a lot of money. I say you made your bed, now you lie in it. The only thing I might do is somehow, let them know that I am available if they want me. And if by chance hyou get that second chance, learn from that and don't resign from there again.
