Even though it's an old answer I'm sure there are many Potter fans out there so I'll post the answer. :) Keep an eye on the BBC website, specifically the CBBC section which can be found here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/ and NewsRound http://news.bbc.co.uk/cbbcnews/ BBC usually report when auditions are taking place and providing you’re willing to travel to Great Britain and possibly Northern Ireland, stand outside a venue in the merky grey skies with the possibility of rain there is no reason why you'll be refused for an audition based on nationality unless they're after a particular ethnic look for a character of course. Bare in mind people turn up in their thousands as you can imagine so there would be little point flying to England on the day of the audtion because people no doubt start screwing up to 48 hours before.
